Processing Times
All WICKLY candles are hand-poured and made to order in small batches.
Please allow 5–8 business days for order processing before shipment. During holidays, collection launches, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
WICKLY currently ships within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
WICKLY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
LOCAL PICKUP POLICY
Local pickup is available at:

Customers selecting Local Pickup at checkout will receive an email notification when their order is ready.
Please allow the same 5–8 business day production period before pickup unless otherwise communicated.
Orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Candles can soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping, especially in Florida and summer months.
WICKLY is not responsible for minor cosmetic changes caused by heat exposure during transit. If your candle arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature before use. Product performance will not be affected.
