All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
If approved, WICKLY may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
WICKLY is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
